My experience, which is a dated by a decade+, tells me to topcoat an oil porch floor pain with another coat of oil. Oil paint dries "harder" than the latex, which on a wear surface like a floor is an advantage.
Now let's see what some of the others post here.
AS LONG AS YOU CLEAN< SAND AND PREP WELL< YOU CAN USE EITHER< THO I PREFER OIL BETTER TOO>

You don't say whether this paint job will include the floor or not........but if it does.........then I would also stay with oil for that and for the same reasons already given.....it creates a harder wear surface.
Any surfaces not underfoot should be fine if you switch to latex on those. (Use a quality product and don't cheap-out here) Never had a problem using latex over oil for exterior surfaces.
But don't switch back again later. In other words, don't create a sandwich of the two types in an exterior application. I've never seen this come to any good result, only bad. (Spot priming in future with oil-based primer being the exception to that rule)
Good prep of existing surfaces is essential, of course.
You said that it's YOUR front porch, right?
I never use latex on wood outdoors. End of discussion. I'm lazy.
