I bought a used lawnmower for grass work of my new home backyard, after some days it goes out of power i check its battery and outlet supply (this method https://meterreviews.com/how-to-test-an-outlet-with-multimeter-a-diy-guide/
with a multimeter. Battery voltage were somewhat between 12.2 to 12.5 , upto my knowledge it’s enough for powering a mower. What more i should check to make it alive again?

There is a lot of variation in battery packs for lawnmowers.
Which make and model do you have?
It is possible that the battery pack was neglected or abused, leading to loss of capacity.
You might need to replace the battery.
Open circuit. no-load voltage is only one indicator, and does not tell the whole story of the capacity of that battery to help you cut your grass.
