I want to get a small laser like Stabila’s laser plumb bomb, a Pacific Laser product or Bosch’s new GLL2-50 I like the price of the Bosch.
Anyway, I want to use the laser for interior work, but I have a small ICF 6×12 foundation coming up. The pulse lasers like the Bosch can be used with a detector. Can I use it to level the foundation?
Thanks

It's not the ideal tool but yes, it will work. I use a PLS laser level sometimes when setting up batter boards if I don't want to take the trouble to haul out the old transit. It's a godsend for many other tasks though and if the Bosch works just as well I'd say go for it.
Not sure about that pulse...
I'd rec. dots if you're going to use the tool inside and out.
I have a David White (CST Berger) self leveling unit that shoots dots for plumb, level and sqare, including one level line. The same model is sold now, without the line.
The line can't be seen outside unless its quite shady or close to the laser, but the dots are great.
For your foundation leveling deal, shoot the level, and/or square dots around and mark reference points.
Then, you can set the laser on one end of a wall and work back to it, measuring to the dot projected down the line with your tape or a story stick.
I like dots. I would look at PLS.
