I need a lead carpenter who is skilled in remodeling as well as new construction. I am offering good pay, paid vacation, and paid holidays. We are a small company that does 2-3 new homes per year and fill in with remodeling projects of varying size.

Requirements:

– 5 yrs. experience in residential remodeling and new construction.

– Willingness and ability to manage 1-2 other carpenters as well as deal with subs.

– Must have own tools and transpotation.

-skill in all phases of carpentry ( framing, trim, siding, roofing).

-must be willing and able to deal directly with clients.

-must be detail oriented.
