   John, the deadline is April 2010 for contractors to be certified to renovate pre-1978 homes. There are specific things that trigger when the rule must be followed. If you go to National Home Builders Association website they have some good information along with a some deadlines.

   Actually, I am aware of the web site.  I was more interested in whether the news was getting out

   I was also wondering if anybody had taken the training, and if so, what was their experience.
