I am sure you all know the story by now. We get a lot of leads for work that we don’t have folks on board to service, so in the interest of helping these potential clients get a good job done (earning some good will) this is the best place for us to source quality help to make these people happy. My thought is that if they care enough to read FH they are quality minded contractors.
Anyhow… this fellow wants to build a second level deck–16×32′, and is thinking of using Dry-Below to create a dry area under the deck.
Tell me why you are the right guy to align with this client… and the lead is yours.
As usual we only give the lead to one guy.
Wishing you all a profitable summer!

Hello Lawrence.
Vancouver B.C.?.... if so, here we are.
Myself, and Aaron Rosenthal, regulars here, have built decks in Van area, one specifically, was built using sustainable mahogany substitute, pedra, called by the customer, a work of art.
Our skills:
timber, log, and conventional framing, finish carpentry ,and cabinet/furniture building,
trex, timber, and conventional PT lumber.
Our interests:
Arts and Crafts style, restoration of old homes, and satisfied customers;most of our jobs refer one to two leads to us every time.
A range of skills, that allows mild to wild design offerings, and rustic to fine detailing.
Aaron and I team up when needed to provide multi-carp abilities, and to keep ourselves flexible in job size.
Let us know, cheers,Phil.
