We suddenly have a moisture problem with our den floor. We have hot water baseboard heat with the plumbing buried in the concrete slab, which was probably poured in 1959. We’re afraid the concrete has coroded the pipes causing the leaking, since as far as we can tell the moisture seems to be worst near the baseboard. Any words of wisdom before we bring in a contractor? Is this something a competent G.C. can handle? We appreciate any & all help. Dave
