I want to fasten 2×10 PT ledger boards around the perimiter of a concrete wall which is the foundation for a 3 season room. Can anyone give me a recomondation for the spacing of the anchor bolts? I intend to use 1/2in. expansion bolts. Justso

Is it already poured? If not, have them pour a shelf in for the joists to rest on. We've done it that way in the past. The shelf is formed below the top of the foundation by the depth of the joist. Then a single plate is run on the shelf along with a single mudsill on top of the wall. The floor sheathing then bridges across the joists and you can nail it down into the single sill.
If it's already poured, and you have to go the anchor bolt route, I'd consult whoever designed it for your answer. Either that or you'd probably have to run the load calcs yourself as I don't think anyone can give you an accurate answer without knowing what kind of load will ultimately be transferred to those bolts.
Yes the wall is already poured. There will be no walls or posts on the ledger, just the floor, furninture and people. The room is 16 by 30 and the floor will be 24in above ground level so it will have a shallow crawl space.
I think that what you are calling a ledger is actually a sill. A sill sits on top of a foundation. A ledger is fastened to the side of a foundation or wall. A sill would be supported by the foundation with anchor bolts only holding the sill in place. A ledger would actually be supported by the bolts which would have to be able to support the entire load on the floor.
The wall is already poured because it has to match another wall but the floor has to go 3 feet down on the wall. So I do mean ledger. I know I have to put up a board all around to fasten the joist but I am wondering how many anchor bolts I have to put in and how far apart.
Assuming each bolt will hold up 500 lbs., you will need 48 bolts. That is about one every 16". These are for the load bearing ledgers not the ledgers parallel to the joists.
Why rely on bolts when you can build a knee wall at the height you want to set your floor joists to. Then you can have a whole lot of elephants dancing on the floor.

Consider the option of a self-supporting deck, with posts to hold up the side near the house. It would need extra cross-bracing, but it could save you a lot of trouble drilling holes and such.
i would put some supporting beams under the deck also , and not rely just on bolts
Thanks, thats what I had about decided because the footing extends out past the wall which will allow me to put supporting posts under the ledgers.
