   I'll say.  I drove across town one Saturday, just before closing time, to pick up a router bit.  I needed it that weekend to do some work.  They are closed on Sundays. 

   Got home, verified the bit, and noticed they gave me the wrong one.  It was too late to drive back so I called them to let them know of their mistake.  The sales rep that I spoke to offered to drive across town to hand deliver the right one.  I figured he lived close by so took him up on the offer. 

   After he got to my place, I asked him where he lived.  He said that he lived close to the store so he had to drive all the way back.

   Excellent service.

   Picked up their cheap, little, mainly plastic knife sharpener. Does an amazing job.
