Light-weight insulated sheathing for a small outbuilding where builder has a bad shoulder
I’d like to build an 8×20 shed so it could be converted later into a “tiny house” for guests. I’m doing the work alone, and have a torn rotator cuff, so I’ve been looking for structural sheathing that a person with a bad shoulder could manage by himself. I will be working slower and the sheathing may be exposed to bad weather longer than usual. I found my way to OX Engineered Products, who have an insulated sheathing called OS-IX that weighs only 30 pounds for a 4×8 panel.

I had never heard of it but there’s a thread here from 20 years ago discussing their uninsulated ThermoPly sheathing, with mixed opinions, some people really trashing it, but I haven’t found anything on their insulated sheathing panel and was wondering what you think of it.
