I have a question for all of ya. Since we do not have basements here, I was wondering:
Do they include basement space in factoring actual living space? For example, if I have a home with 2,000 sq ft of floor space, sitting over a 2,000 sq ft basement, do I actually have 4,000 sq ft of living space?
