Looking for a good quality screened in porch, prefab or build from scratch?

I am looking to add a screened in porch to the back of a house I own and I am wondering if I should get a pre-fab or just get some plans and do it from scratch. The porch is about 12-14′ square. I want it to be good quality and might consider making it an all-season porch with windows, if its not too costly.

Tough question to answer without seeing the house nor knowing your budget.
The house is a 1,300 Sq. Ft. 2-story Older home in Ohio that I rent out. I am looking for something that will add some floor space and value to the house. I have a deck in the back that I would take out and convert to the screened or all-weather porch. Not sure if $10K is reasonable or not. I see some metal prefabs on Amazon but I worry if they can hold up to the snow and weather in the winter in Ohio. Even with a prefab I still need to pay someone to put it up,....so that must be considered.
If you’re near Toledo I can stop by and give you my opinion.
Otherwise posting some pictures or drawings of the existing and your hopes might draw some ideas.
I built one last year. I ordered all the screens from Metro Screen works. I used a product they sell called screeneeze. I am sure you can get it elsewhere but the service and advice was fantastic. I made some gigantic openings like 12x8. It worked out great I Timber framed the structure and did a hip roof, but you could easily do 2x4 and a shed roof and have something fantastic.
