Looking for a source for weatherstrip for casement/awning windows

I have some pretty old wood casement and awning windows that have a hard vinyl weather strip around all sides of the movable part of the window. It is kind of “L” shaped with the 1/4″ long leg sitting in a 1/16″ wide groove in the wood. The very end of this leg bends back on itself to form a hook to jam it into the groove. The other leg is 3/8″ wide and it does the sealing by pressing against the jamb. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could point me to a source for this stuff. I am working on repairing and reainting the windows, but most of the weatherstrip is so old it is cracking and falling apart. Thank you.
BTW, there are two attachments showing the details. The second one may be too faint to see properly.

If they are Andersens, any Andersen dealer has a catalog of replacement parts.

I believe they are by Oldach, howevr they went out of business long ago. I might as well check out Anderson anyway just in case. Thanks
