Looking for a switch/timer combo

I have a single wide switch box in the bathroom with a duplex switch in it. One switch for light, one for fan. I’d like to find a swich/timer combo that I could put in instead. There’s no hope of widening the box, it’s fit tight between a number of studs.
I could, of course, wire both switch and light to a timer but I hate running the fan when it’s not needed.
Anybody ever see one of what I’m looking for?

I don't know that they have the exact combination you're looking for (I suspect not), but check out efi.org. They have some pretty nifty fan timers.

No such thing that I've ever come across though it could exist somewhere..............so the best I can some up with offhand is to use a 2-gang wiremold extension box.
But, why can't you notch the studs? Get a sawzall in there, use two metal old-work boxes ganged together and let'r rip. We do it all the time :-)

Besides EFI you should also check out Resource Conservation Technology 410-366-1146 http://www.conservationtechnology.com And even better than a fan delay timer switch is a humidastat sensor. It detects humidity levels to turn itself on and off. That way you are not exhausting heated air unnessasarily.
I'm not aware of a timer small enough to replace your existing duplex switch, but how about mounting a timing relay somewhere else in the room? You'd connect it to the existing switch and then connect the fan to the relay, so it would stay on for some adjustable time period after you flip off the switch. It could go in another wall box somewhere, or even in a surface mount box located behind a door or in some other inconspicuous place. A local electrical supply house or even Radio Shack may have something suitable, I checked the Grainger catalog and found one that would probably do the trick for less than $15.

grainger has them, bought one couple weeks ago
The best employee you can have but you wouldn't want him as a neighbor " He the shifty type"
We adore ours Can set it for 5 through 60 minutes after the light is turned off. And the fan is so quiet, we all have to stop talking to check to see if it's on.
We used one switch for the ceiling light and fan and the other for the vanity lights. Perfect~
