Looking for chimney expert, Long Island

I am in need of a chimney expert who can evaluate my 1956 chimney. My location is Patchogue, Long Island New York. My oil fired boiler will be replaced next week (99.99% sure it will be a Burnham MPO) and I want to be sure my present chimney is OK. Or will it need a liner or should I go Direct Vent. Any recommendations for an honest chimney technician?

if you can get up on the roof and look down the flues you can determine the condition as well as anyone..
look at the clay liners.. are they intact or crumbling ?
is the cap sound ? or cracked
are the bricks sound or crumbling
are the mortar joints solid or crumbling and loose ?
is the flashing whole or corroded....
you decide... if any of those need repair... call a mason.. or fix it yourself
if the flue liners are shot or non-existent, then you need to get your chimney lined or rebuilt
if the mortar joints are shot , you need to repoint your chimney..
if the flashings are caput, you need it reflashed
Around here any install requires chimney inspection by fire marshall, get prices for stainless liner and supra-flu if you don't have to replace whole chimney. I'm not a big fan of power vents but they do work just make sure they get maintained every year when your cleaning is done. Call your local fire dept they can probably inspect for free.
I can do it for you but it might get expensive with the drive in from Cleveland.
