What sorta style is it and how rough does it look? Guys around here aren't too interested in restoration work unless it's linked to a remodel or a flip.
It's colonial revival. I'm not sure what you mean by rough—the condition?
Yeah, I know all about what contractors want work wise in this area. You can find remodels thoughout Northern NJ that barely resemble the original house. But the cost of construction drives such efforts. oh well.
Birdnut, I am in SJ. I have a woodworking shop, Is it something we could fabricate in the shop and install on site? Take some pictures

It would have to be an on-site job. The framing needs to be replaced as well. I can post pics for you. I could also house someone if they came from a distance away. I have plenty of room.
