Thanks for your time in advance.
I’m a Red Seal carpenter in Vancouver, BC.
I recently wrote a book about residential construction. And I’m looking for some pictures – clear, pertinent and focused pictures – pertaining to windows to include in my book.
I’ve some pictures but they are not that great.
What is in it for you if you provide me with the pictures? I’ll acknowledge you as the source of the picture by mentioning your name underneath each picture that goes into the book. Then I will acknowledge your company in the back of the book.
Here is a list of the pictures I need please:
– A picture of a single hung window.
– A picture of a double hung window.
– A picture of an awning window.
– A picture of a hopper window.
– A picture of a casement window.
– A picture of a bay window.
– A picture of a bow window.
– A picture of a double glazed window section.
– A picture of a triple glazed window section.
– A picture of a wooden window.
– A picture of an aluminum and/or fiberglass clad window
– A picture of a vinyl window.
Yes, feel free please to write me at [email protected] if I could clarify or answer a question or query you have in mind. And if you provide a phone number, I would be more than happy to call and introduce myself.
Thanks,
Joe

It's great that you're looking for high-quality images to enhance your book about residential construction. When requesting pictures, it's important to consider the following points:
Copyright and Permissions: Ensure that you have the right to use and reproduce any images you receive. Respect photographers' copyrights and seek explicit permission to use their work.
Quality and Relevance: Clear, focused images that directly relate to the content of your book will significantly enhance its value and appeal to readers.
Crediting and Acknowledgment: Properly crediting the source of each image, including the photographer's name and company, demonstrates professionalism and gratitude.
Mutual Benefit: Offering acknowledgment in your book and recognition of their company in the credits is a fair exchange for their contribution.
Legal Considerations: Be mindful of any legal implications regarding image usage, especially if you plan to sell or distribute the book commercially.
By adhering to these principles, you can ensure a positive and collaborative experience with photographers while enriching the visual content of your publication.
