Barn doors are ideal for narrow hallways.  We have a project with a small hallway laundry (~closet, 5′ RO+/-) but exposed barn door hardware doesn’t fit with the 60’s mid-century house. 

Micasa Magic (MM) makes a concealed wall-mounted door system but it is pricy at $450-500+ and still has a plastic door guide.   Has anyone installed a wall-mounted door system with concealed hardware you’re happy with?    

The door slab planned to be used is about 90-100 lbs and at 60″+/- it will need to be reasonably well-built (wich MM seems to be x the door guide).
