Anything special?
Different products for rollers / tracks / hinges?
Maybe something that’s not gonna stiffen up when it gets below 10°F?
Or tend to creep onto the track outsides when it gets above 90°F?
Drive’s a toothed flexible belt that appears to be in good shape. It’s the metal parts I want to keep working freely.

I have seen special products for openers. There are squeeze tubes of grease, and at least one brand that is a "push-up" stick of grease you rub onto the slider and gears. But any reasonably heavy-bodied grease will work.
They don't need much. Generally, apply grease to the gears and slider every 5-10 years, and maybe every 10-20 years put a squirt of fairly heavy oil into each roller bearing in the door track. Oil the hinges then too. If you have chain drive, apply heavy oil to that every 5-10.
Don't put anything on the belt or its cogs -- grease/oil is not good for them.
