Haahaha.... Having married into a seriously scandinavian family I can assert that the term "sushi" is used very loosely here.
Besides....it gets cooked. But it's still a nasty, nasty, way to treat a fish (and your taste buds) IMO.
I actually like the stuff (in modest amounts, and only when properly cooked), but my wife (100% Norske) doesn't. But she'll snarf up the rommegrot, which I don't care for.
Saw the movie this evening -- VERY good! Had the audience rolling in the aisles laughing.
