Looking for those who have addressed designing access to HVAC Equipment and ducts in low slope roof designs.  Assuming there is no attic to access.  

approx sf allocated to HVAC equipment (ballpark) 
Project in zone 2B – so will likely include an inline dehumidifier
how to access duct runs for owner cleaning, repair, etc…
