Trying to find where the main water line enters the house. Is this pvc it?

The brooks brothers trailers are a US manufacturer of high quality trailers and equipment used in a variety of industries. I doubt that that is the water line. The pvc is gray, so it is either conduit or schedule 80 and it doesn't appear to be capped for pressure testing but simply covered with tape. Putting water pipes in concret is probably s thing of the past. Look at the gray pipe if it is schedule 40 it is conduit. My guess is that the larger solo pvc in the slab is a plumbing vent. The larger of the two pipes together is probably the water main and the smaller a line for irrigation or some use outside the house. This would be the location of your shut off valve and pressure regulator.
