Only if you get a cut of the cost of the warranty.
They are a total rip off IMNSHO.
I'm not a contractor, but a homeowner. They are nearly universally a bad deal. If a contractor recommended an extended warranty I'd question his judgement or integrity, and want to know what else he misled me on.
Ouch!
Don't most major brand appliances come with pretty good warranties anyway?
