I need help in making a tuff shed door i.e. least expensive and fairly tight to keep moisture in.

For cheap, hack off a piece of plywood.
i have heard of some hundred dollar doors prehung at the big box stores.
You can get used doors most places thru pennysaver type adds for anywhere from free to a couple hundred
