Well, I shouldn’t admit this, but I picked up a 14.4 volt Makita 5630 circular saw, without doing much research on it. I use a 14.4 Makita drill all the time, so I have batteries, but now I’m asking for feedback or opinions from those who have used this saw. Thanks!

i have one and use it quite a bit you have to keep a sharp blade on it and it will drain a battey pretty quik but it is handy i just got a 18v sliding mitre saw and hammer drill set same thing the saw is good for about 25 cuts in moulding per battery.the 18v drill has lots of power but since it is a hammer drill the chuck has a little play making it not to good for running screws
