This is a small 7.2V drill. It’s an option for the “retirement” gift I’m due from IBM. I’m wondering if I should take that or the silver candlesticks.
Opinions?

Well the candle sticks would do nothing for me! I would take the drill kit.
Surely you jest. You come here to a notorious hang-out for tool junkies and ask if you should take candlesticks over a drill???
Well, ok... take the candlesticks, but only if your wife really, really wants them.
I was just wondering if anyone had used this drill.

I'm not sure of we are talking about the same drill but I have the TD020D Makita impactor. 7.2v I piicked up as a closeout at HD for $40 and I have been happy with it for what it is. It is handy. It will drive lags just not very many, very big or very long ones. I use it more in place of a regular screw driver.
I hope this helps.
