Hey danny
Not to be obnoxious, but beauty is in the beholder and to me that is one ugly finish.
But,
If your ambition was to try to get a free ad for Elmwood cabinets..................well then, I guess you succeeded.
In spite of it being a hodge podge of design that I would hope your dinners served were real good.
Best of luck with this.
Yeah, I'd agree -- not quite ugly as sin, but kinda like an aging madam made up for Saturday night. I've never figured out what people see in that style.
That was my first though too. It looks like a French bordello. it looks like the kind of house people with new money and no tastewould build.
Fla. They must think it's the look of the ages............
as their Morgan coat of arms is emblazened on everything-probably the napkins as well.
They might have spent some time on the crystal, looks like out of a dishwasher that had the pots and pans in as well.
I'm no saint Dan, but sin is even better looking.
Why are fake wear marks just randomly appearing on the cabinets? And why would the crown molding have wear marks? And the couch at a dinner table? That's absurdity.
Nice placemats, though.
Nice maybe, but not my style, like the rest of it. Well, the pony wallpaper is OK.
I think I just figgured this one out, it's a Hollywood mansion "restoration" for a tasteless star with money, like say Miley Cyrus, or Brittney Spears. It all makes sense now.
argh...
If I were the king 'o France that might be just the look for me
But wait! Seems to me that kind of thing is sorta what got the king in trouble there....
old
I sure wish that spamming dog danny would reappear and fill us in on exactly what is elegant about the whole thing.
I do like the pony wallpaper however.
great idea
if you like eating on the couch ,then why not bring it to the table
the wormanship look good
the decorating is a lot over the top ,
but who am i to say
well
thats what people are into now days ,restoration hardware sells things like that butcher block for good money
why people pay for paint like that is beyond me ,thats what alot of people think is nice
as far as nailing a paint job like that they got it
not my taste but appeals to some
So how does paint 7 feet up get "distressed" in real life? And wouldn't the drawers be worn more around top edge?
Butcher Block top?
That looks like it ws made from old barn flooring, not good enough to be used as a shop work top. Looks like a decorator decided to throw everything in the shop at that. Something for the nouveau.
Yeah, I'd love preparing food on an old barn floor.
