We get a lot of leads for work that we don’t have folks on board to service, so in the interest of helping these potential clients get a good job done (earning some good will) this is the best place for us to source quality help to make these people happy. My thought is that if they care enough to read FH they are quality minded contractors. This fellow wants to build (p121 which is a small pergola with a 5′ curved laminated beam–see on the website under pergola plans). Likely a week’s work for a talented guy. Normally $4-5,000 for this kind of structure. Send me a note telling me why you are the guy or gal to align this client with… and I’ll send you the lead. Saw your post about the pergola job in Marietta. I would be interested in discussing the posibilty of constructing this structure for your client if it is still available. I live in Ellijay, Ga. about 1 hr North. I am assuming that the page reference is to this months issue showing the construction details of the pergola.
