I have a client ask me to remove old siding and stucco the front of her house. My stucco guy gave me price of $5600. I’m going to make decent money on thhe tear out but I still have to coordinate the plasterer and take responsibility for the job. Is $1000 an appropriate mark up on the stucco??

Normally, you mark your subs and materials up by your overhead and desired profit percentages. Only you know what those are.

Yes I guess I did pull it out of there. Just wondered what other people were doing. I know alot of people figure 15%. But I thought that a smaller job like this that was kinda low. After all if somting happens with the stucco I'm gonna get the call, and ultimately take responsibiity. Even though trust the plasterer and know he has insurance......
I'd mark it up by as much as you thought the client would pay and not feel ripped off. $1,000 or $1,200 sounds fine. It's a balance between the perceived value of the project to the client and what you need to make to turn a profit at the end of the year.
Marking up a percentage based on your cost of doing business will leave money on the table in a small job situation like this.
