How closely do you want to match them? With a little practice on a drywall scrap, you could probably come pretty close.
If you are a little OCD ;-) and want them to match exactly, make a silicone rubber mold from a section of the existing ceiling and use that to imprint the new repairs to match. That's what I did on the ceiling of a 1930's home with a unique pattern I couldn't seem to duplicate by hand.
Any suggestions?
Start practicing.
