    If it as good as advertised, possible and much desired, this might make a nice addition to my PCs toolbox. Thank-you for the link.

    Just installed the program. Haven't done much with it but it looks great. It has a definite sense of style and humor. The icon for opening the loan calculation applet is a shark next to a stack of coins. Exxxxcelllllllennnnnt. <rubs hands together in gloating avarice>.
