Medical office passthrough

This is sort of a weird question.  Does anyone know where I can buy (if I can) one of those little pass through doors that is about a foot square that you see in doctors offices.  They are in the bathroom that usually connect to a lab or something that way you don’t have to carry anything out of the bathroom.  I have seen them in a lot of drug testing facilities.  I need one for a office conversion.
