Hey everyone,
Is any one familiar with Metabo hammer drill model 751. I bought a used one today at a garage sale my neighbor had for thirty bucks. We tried it out and it seemed to work great I was just curious if any one had experience with this tool. I couldn’t find it on the metabo website. With me it is just going to get light duty for tapcons and the occasional holesaw. Thanks for any replies.

Congratulations! Now go brag about it in the "what tools did you buy today" thread!

I have a hilti tms-7m which is the same drill made for hilti by metabo.
I have been using/ abusing it for 15+ years and still love it.
You, my friend, have found a true bargain!!

had that one for around 6 years you got yourself a good deal my only gripe was the chuck, stripped the adjustable legs inside. replaced it with a 1/2" jacobsen's . and we're off two the races there's alot of bells and whistles on it so i blow the dust off and keep it clean. the pulsating dial on top with the diffrent settings tells me to take care of the maintenance . cause i have a this notion if something goes wrong with the setting dial and trigger it's going to get pricey... but none the less you got a good tool and at a great price. have fun... bear
Hi guys,
Thanks for the info, the drill looks like it has seen some hard days but it seems to work great. I feel alot better about it now knowing it has the auto stop brushes. I really just bought it to take the load of small jobs of my sds drill.
