Hello all! I am no building expert just a happy DIY’er so I just finished building a lean to and relised that I made a bit of a FU I really do not want to cut in to the side of the shop does any one have any bright ideas or solution to my issue any input will be greatly received

That's nothing that some sheet metal and a bucket full of tar won't fix.

What you'd like not to do and what you should do are two vastly different things.
Attach a piece of L flashing across the gap between the roof and wall. Be sure to use foam filler strips to match the profiles of the siding and the roof metal. Cover both the connection to the wall and to the roof with polyester reinforced elastomeric roofing. Be sure to make all the lines straight. If you mask, remove the tape before the material has set up to avoid pealing it off.

Bite the bullet and cut the R panel to do it right.
Your roof panels are lapped backwards. The screw through the "foot" of the panel is a potential leak.
