Hi, I currently work for a builder in the Athens area, but would like to branch out and work with other builders/developers/etc. in North Metro Atlanta (especially Gwinnett) and NE Georgia (Gainesville, Winder, Lake Oconee. etc.)  Currently, we have two subdivisions under construction: one in the $200k to $300k range, and one in the $500k to $800k range. I have done a number of things, but I think that I am especially good at —

          —  installing and finishing hard wood floors;

          — installing (including the layout work) central vacuum systems;

          —  trim carpentry, especially in more ornate houses;

          —  installation of fiberglass insulation in walls and blown-in cellulose in ceilings.

I like my current job (and will continue to work for this guy) but I am concerned that he does not have enough work to keep everyone busy.  If you know of any potentially interested builders/developers/ etc., please let me know.
