Does anyone have experience with MI Windows?  I’m trying to help my sister-in-law with some research on window replacement.  She lives 2,000 miles away, so I can’t be “hands on.” Her condo HOA are not the most cooperative group in the world, and she would need their approval if window replacement requires trim removal and replacement.  Someone told her that MI windows can be installed without disturbing outside trim.  I can’t imagine how they are properly flashed if done that way.  

If you have no info on MI Windows, what can you tell me about good quality replacements that can be done without tearing apart the outside?  I have only installed Anderson windows in my buildings and have never had to replace anything, so I am clueless here.
