Mid-American Expo??

Has anyone out there ever been to the Mid- American Expo in Columbus? I was thinking of going, some of the events & discussions sounded interesting.

However I have heard from a couple of sources that it is an overhyped, kind of mickey mouse show not worth the time.

As I have never been to it I would really appreciate any feedback before I commit to going
