I picked one of these up last week. Best $99 tool I think I ever bought.
GREAT for remodeling and cutting out precision areas for replacement. Very maneuverable.

Peach full,easy feelin'.
Hey guys,
Mine is corded with the twist lock removable cord. I'm not a fan of cordless saws.I bought it at home depot.
One caution, if you cut an overhead water line, when your down point the blade down and run it for a little while. Before you put it away put some light oil on the shaft the blade is on. The shaft locks up on mine if i put it away wet for an extented period of time.
I've used mine for pruning trees; easy to carry up and down the ladder.
