Anyone bought or used one of these. I plan on buying one for my inspections but the literature does not mention anything about storing pics. Does it store any pictures or is it just a monitor?

AFAIK it does NOT do photos, but pics with this tool would be the schnizzle.
Yes it does, and it shoots video too. The images and video are stored on an SD card in the head of the monitor section.
Testo makes one with a RCA video out in the same price point as the Milwaukee with a smaller camera end.
Last time I looked, one with on board picture storage was over $1k.
You would think with todays digital camera technology, that this would not be a stretch. Thanks
We have a couple of cameras at work that we use for underwater, and pipe inspections. Neither of them take pictures.
We bought an adapter that lets us use a lap top as the monitor. The adaptor came with software that lets us capture and edit the stream digitally, and then capture individual frames as "pictures" if we want.
The Milwaukee M12 camera is great I use it at my home inspection business. You can check some pic I have of it on my website at https://inspectkarma.com
