The three photos all show the same face of the moving part.
you might consider placing something you cut to fit on the other side of the fixed frame, so that it seals when the door is shut. (and still lets it open without restriction)
Part of a door sweep, or other product made for weather proofing door and window openings might work.
Double check to make sure there is not a mis-adjusted part on the window that would cover this. (weather stripping that has moved)
Please provide more information and some better photos. This forum often takes an properly oriented photo and flips it.....top is side etc.
Where on the frame is this and who “cut” it?
New slider with knock down frame?
