Upgrading the footings and columns that support a girder beam is an opportunity to level out the floor above.

Gary Ive been looking at other ones also. I currently own a MK 770. Its a good saw. But If I were to buy another one Id look at a Felker..Its the bomb man.

I bought the Porter Cable unit. Really like it. About $300. Light, easy to clean, decent power. The MK unit I used (forget the model) would bind your hand if you tried to push the tile through with the left hand. DanT
