Some years ago, it was common to see a small wooden model of a kitchen cabinet offered in catalogs like Woodworkers Supply. I am interested in finding one to use in a class. Any suggestions where I might find one?

How bout building one!
I agree. places Like Rocklers and Woodworkers Supply sell 1/4" wood and plywood, which would make a nice model cabinet.
