I installed a single handle, pull out sprayer, Moen faucet (Salora) in my parent’s kitchen almost three years ago. The faucet now has two problems.
The faucet is getting very hard to swivel from side to side and the pull out sprayer is getting more difficult to pull out and to put back in.
Anybody have solutions for either or both of these problems?

Plumbers grease for the swivel. (take it apart and lube the O-rings etc).
Check for obstruction on the hose and weight. Sometimes it gets pushed back and tangled with the supply stops.

Thanks sir REZ. That is right up there with being "published" in the Breaktime section of the magazine.

If that's like our new one, the "swivel" is just a support for the pull-out faucet and doesn't carry any pressure. So there are no O-rings or such to wear out, just a simple bushing-style bearing. The hose for the pull-out feature just hangs down in the cabinet.
It sounds to me like something has gotten tangled in the hose and is both preventing it from twisting easily and preventing it from pulling out. Clear out the cabinet below the faucet and make sure nothing is there to tangle in the hose. Clean the hose if it's gotten gunky. Untwist it if it's gotten twisted. Make sure the donut-shaped weight on the hose is about halfway along its length.
If, after doing this, the swivel is still not smooth, you'll need to disassemble it and grease the swivel, but I'd guess that the hose is the cause of both problems.
