Hello guys, again another question.
I’m building a 12×15 office with a small bathroom inside (no shower, no bathtub). I will have a sink not only in the bathroom but also in the office for practical reasons. Do you think I need to use mold proof drywall sheets in the bathroom and also on the sink side in the office? Thank you for your eventual suggestions.

With the addition of the Moisture resistant paper, its probably not worth going back and forth. I would use the green board since you may have potential moisture. Most codes will require it in that instance and the cost is not a huge difference.
Thank you very much! I appreciated your suggestion. Since I will have a sink inside the office itself and not only in the bathroom. I wonder if I have to do the whole office with green sheets. I have to find out the codes.
I might even step up to glass Matt product USG makes several depending on whether you want x rating and impact resistance. You do have to skim coat the entire surface prior to painting and it is more, but it’s the most mositure model resistant-you canneven leave it outside as a facade. Commercial builders know all about and freely use thsi type of product .
Thank you very much for your suggestions. I will follow for sure.
