Hello, we are building a new house and during recent visit discovered that most trusses are covered in mold. The framing boards are also affected. We brought it up to our builder and they don’t seem to be concerned. I still don’t feel comfortable having mold inside the walls and in the attic. Should it be cleaned/treated before the dry wall is up? Pictures are attached.

They have some sprays that treat mold. I would be surprised if the inspectors allow them to cover it up without treatment.
Do note that it's not unusual for there to be some sort of something on surfaces which is mistaken for mold. I recall one case where the homeowner was trying to remove efflorescence from concrete using a bleach spray, and I've seen, eg, laminated lumber which has a haze on it apparently from a sealant, and that haze might be mistaken for mold.

Moldy trusses are not rare down here in the swamp but if you treat them once the house is dried in, no sweat.
