I’m currently remodeling at bathroom and it turns out that we need to relocate the radiator to make room for the hottub. My question is if it is possible to convert from this monoflow radiator to a regular hot water baseboard?

The monoflo part of the system is the branch T's from the main line.
You can place any kind of load (radiator, baseboard, fin tube, heating coil) on the branch circuit of the monoflo T's.
IF you have to remove the T's, just be sure to get them back in the correct way.
