I would like to attach a flexible TV wall mount to a wall with a total width of 12 cm. Since I’m a sub-tenant in the flat, I don’t know what exactly this wall is made of, but it’s for sure not concrete or brick, because it’s more of a “hollow” sound when you knock on the wall. Considering that the ceiling is not made of plasterboard, I assume that it is aerated concrete. There is a bathroom on the other side of this wall.
I intend to use Fischer UX or Duopower wall plugs. Please recommend which ones are better and if it is enough to use 4 or would it be better to have more, e.g. 8?
In case the wall is made of plasterboard, will these Fischer wall plugs be ok? Do you recommend any other wall plugs?
What length of inserts should I use?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Never heard of your listed or even “wall plugs”. If they’re the usual plastic anchors or those (I feel) worthless screw in plastic anchors I’d say no way.
I’d do some better investigation on what is this wall and what material is behind the Sheetrock.
Depending on the answer to the above, you might be better firmly mounting a pc of 3/4” plywood large enough to fill in a lot more fasteners (and still be unseen or trimmed out to look good in all the different positions you move that thing.
New tv’s are not real heavy but what you do moving it around adds quite a bit of torque.
