Now that you’ve been out on your own a goodly while was wondering what your thoughts are now about being yer own company?
Still glad you took the plunge? Paperwork and office time a headache? Would you do it the same way over again knowing what you know now or approach it differently?

I agree. Judging from how I felt after my first few month or years in biz, I'd say he's started the slide into burnout hell. The funny thing is that it's easy to burn out in any economical market. I'd be interested in how your doing, and your thoughts on the transition also. Have actually thougth about e-mailing you and asking a few things, just havent done it.
How have the jobs been? Are you finding jobs? Jobs that you want? Any surprises or things you didnt expect/ plan for. Whats been the biggest downside ?
