   Shulda done this 10 years ago!!!

   the cieling WAS textured!!!

   Rented  a PC sander skimmed er out flat!!

   only a couple of places over the panties where I had to scribe.

   thats cause there was a closet there that I took out...

   phantom wall line humpies...

   there was also originally upper cabs hung over the peninsula.

   Really opened the space up.

   Plano cabinets out of Minnesota

   nice stuff middlehigh to high end.

   only prob was one door had the door drilled for the knob wrong...

   minor, considering some of the crap I've had to deal with before...

   That's the best isn't it? When it comes out right? When you overcome all the challenges you maybe weren't sure you were up to? 

   Is that a satin finish on the cabinets?  Looks nice in the photos.
