I will be adding a room to my shop and will then side the whole building with white cedar shingles. Since I have a compressor I would like to try a nail gun to speed the process. In a perfect world I would be able to buy one gun to do both the framing and cedar siding. From what I have read, however, it appears no gun will do both. Is there a gun which will do framing and, while not perfectly suited, shoot a small enough nail to do the cedar shingle siding job too?
If not, what gun do you guys recommend to do the siding? Also what gun for framing?
Any help will be appreciated!!
